How do customers pay me?
They pay you, as always, at pickup or on delivery. Premia does not collect your sales or take a cut.
Whose customers are they?
Customers who order through the Club are Premia Club’s customers, and Premia Club points are coming soon. If you want your own customer base and your own points programme, you move to a Premia plan.
How do I change my prices?
Message us and we change it for you. If you prefer to do it yourself, write «actualizar menú», your PIN and send a photo of your menu; we show you what changes and you publish with SÍ.
What if my business grows?
Move up to Básico, Marca or Todo incluido: we open your own account, with your own points programme and your own customers. Your menu comes with you and your Premia Club listing is included, so you never pay for both.
I want to deliver: does Premia hire me?
No. Premia does not hire riders. We connect you with the town’s delivery company, and you agree with it how you work and how it pays you.
